To provides general contracting services for the construction of the E. Richmond Rd over Gillies Creek (UPC 113294) and E. Richmond Road over Stony Run (UPC 113296) Bridge Replacements to provide general contracting services that include, but are not limited to replacement of the existing vehicle bridges, pavement overlay and pavement improvements, guard rail, erosion and sediment control, pavement markings along E. Richmond Road from Jennie Scher Road to the City Line. The City of Richmond developed the project to replace the bridges on E. Richmond Rd. This project has not been prequalified under the Code of the City of Richmond, Section 21-46. All interested bidders are encouraged to participate. The period of performance for the project shall be 540 consecutive calendar days from the Notice to Proceed.
