Summary: The intent and purpose of this Request for Proposal ("RFP"), and the resulting indefinite delivery indefinite quantity annual contract(s), is to obtain qualified firm(s) to provide Job Order Contracting ("JOC") services in accordance with the Scope of Services section of the solicitation. The Work will be set forth in the Detailed Scope of Work for individual Job Orders. The Successful Offeror is required to complete each Detailed Scope of Work for the Job Order Price within the Job Order Completion Time. The Successful Offeror will be required to perform Work at any site or facility under the jurisdiction of HCPS. Question Deadline 06/25/2024 Should you have any questions concerning this RFP, please contact Oscar Knott at kno008@henrico.us The County of Henrico reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals submitted. The Contract Value for this Contract is equal to $10 million The Successful Offeror must deliver to the County an executed Payment and Performance Bond. The Successful Offeror may satisfy this obligation by furnishing a Performance and Payment Bond in the sum of the Contract Value. Alternatively, the Successful Offeror may satisfy this obligation by furnishing a Performance and Payment bond in an amount equal to each Job Order Price. Contractor's License Requirement The Offeror must be a registered contractor in the Commonwealth of Virginia in accordance with Title 54.1, Chapter 11 of the Code of Virginia, as amended, at the time of proposal submission, and shall possess a Virginia Contractor's License Class A with specialty that is applicable to trades the Offeror is proposing to this RFP.
