Hazardous Material Transport and Disposal of Household Hazardous Waste Services, As Needed - Annual Requirement. Spokane Solid Waste Disposal, Waste To Energy Facility, City of Spokane It is anticipated that there will be 6-12 transportation events per year, typically including 1 - 10 drums and lab packs of hazardous materials. In general, the HHW collection site generates large quantities of flammable liquids, acids, bases, and pesticides. Other miscellaneous hazardous materials will be profiled with the contractor prior to scheduling pickup. The proposed contract is estimated to being about 8/1/2024 and to end on 7/31/2025. Contract renewals or extensions shall be initiated at the discretion of the City and subject to mutual agreement. The contract may be extended for four (4) additional one-year contract periods with the total contract period not to exceed five (5) years Question Deadline 06/28/2024 at 8:00 AM PT Submit ALL questions through the Clarifications Tab
