Question Deadline 06/05/2024 at 2:00 PM MT Project Description This federally funded project consists of the following housing repairs: replace roof and gutters; repair exterior moisture damage and interior moisture damage around one window and small area of floor; install heat pump HVAC system; if additional electrical wiring/upgrade is required, install wiring/upgrade; repair leaking faucet in bathroom; weatherize (e.g. caulk, weather-strip, belly insulation). 3180 W. Citrus Rd., Benson, AZ 85602 Scope of Work Cochise County, hereinafter referred to as the County, through a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) from the State of Arizona Department of Housing (ADOH) will accept bids from qualified firms or individuals who are licensed, registered, and in good standing with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. This is a federally funded project which requires that contractors also be registered and verified in SAM.gov. Cochise County reserves the right to accept the lowest, responsible bid; to consider alternatives; to reject any or all bids; and to waive irregularities or information in any bid. Bids received after the specified time of closing will not be accepted. The Bonfire portal will not allow an upload after the closing date and time.
