The intent of this bid is to award an annual contract for Demolition Services for Code Enforcement on an "as-needed" basis for single-family structures only. The City of Irving (City) reserves the right to issue separate solicitations for projects that are funded in whole or in part by State and Federal agencies or if deemed in the City's best interest.
