The prospective contractor shall; utilize technicians familiar with the type of equipment included in the "Equipment Covered," have a broader knowledge related to the maintenance procedures most effective and recommended by the manufacturer(s) and comply with environmental regulations regarding maintenance and repair of generators. A standardized written report summarizing equipment performance and work performed at each maintenance period shall be completed and signed by the technician assigned to perform the work. In addition, the report shall include any recommendations to reduce overall operating costs and/or improve equipment performance. Contact Person: Any inquires must be submitted in writing to the City Secretary via email to citysecretary@cityofalvin.com The City of Alvin reserves the right to reject or accept any proposal or to waive any irregularities in any proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Alvin and reserves the right to negotiate with any or all firms submitting proposals. The term of this Contract shall be one year, commencing on October 1, 2024, and ending at midnight on September 30, 2025. The City of Alvin will have the option to renew these services for three (3) additional one-year periods upon mutual consent and agreement of both parties at least ninety (90) days prior to the expiration of the service Contract. : All questions must be submitted in writing; Any inquires must be submitted in writing to the City Secretary via email to citysecretary@cityofalvin.com.
