Description

Demolition, site work and addition to a mixed-use development in Alvin, Texas. Working plans call for the addition of a pre-engineered storage facility; for the demolition of a pre-engineered storage facility; for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility; and water / sewer project.

Work includes, but is not limited to sitework, earthwork, demolition, concrete, metal fabrications, process mechanical equipment, process piping, painting/coating, electrical and controls, existing plant rehab; architectural buildings to include masonry and pre-engineered buildings all to expand the existing WWTP from 5 MGD to 7.5 MGD. Potential Bidders can expect the following future work packages: - Treatment Plant Construction - Buildings - Electrical - Instrumentation The scope of work will be discussed in this meeting and will also be defined in future bid package pre-bid meetings. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
