Renovation of an educational facility in Hutto, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a primary / secondary education facility.
Project scope for Hutto High School Modernization Phase 4 includes Gym, PAC Lobby and Auto Buildings, Kitchen Renovation and Courtyard Renovation. Proposed Contruction Dates Below: Buildings (Gym, PAC Lobby, Auto) Project Start: August 2024 (After site utilities are relocated this summer) Project Completion: December 2026 Kitchen Renovation Project Start: May 2025 Project Completion: September 2025 Courtyard Renovation Project Start: May 2026 Completion: August 2026 Welding Renovation Project Start: January 2026 Completion: August 2026 All buildings to be constructed concurrently. Please allow for multiple crews in your proposal to accommodate concurrent activities. Please identify any long lead-time items on your proposal. Please review and acknowledge Wage Rates listed in specification section 00 73 43. Hutto High School Modernizations overall project duration is expected to be 4 years and will be phased. The estimated construction cost is $54,000,000.
