On-Call Traffic Signal Maintenance Only bids from qualified bidders will be accepted. Qualified bidders must comply with the requirements of the State of Tennessee and be appropriately licensed as a contractor in the State of Tennessee as provided in T.C.A. 62-6-101. The bidder's name, license number, expiration date, and that part of the contracting classification applying to the Bid shall appear on the sealed envelope containing the Bid; otherwise, the Bid shall not be opened. Bidders shall submit all questions in writing no later than Monday, May 27 th, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. to Eric Schindler, Assistant Town Engineer (eschindler@townoffarragut.org) or Darryl Smith, Town Engineer (dsmith@townoffarragut.org). The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive informalities, or to reject nonconforming, non-responsive, or conditional bids. The Owner reserves the right to award a contract to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder or bidders, taking into consideration quality, performance and time.
