Summary Project Description: This project consists of the following: 1. Construction of a new Farragut Elementary School located at 202 Village Commons Blvd., Farragut, TN, including all building and sitework in accordance with the Contract Documents. The proposed Project is approximately 144,230 SF and is a one-story construction including a one story multiple classroom wing, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. Each Bid must be accompanied by a certified check or by a Bidder's Bond executed by the Bidder and a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Tennessee, in the sum of five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid. The successful Bidder will be required to execute an acceptable performance and payment bond in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract price prior to the execution of the contract.
