Scope of Services The Town of Farragut owns over 51 acres on Watt Road, known as Mayor Bob Leonard Park (MBLP). The Town of Farragut plans to enhance the site by installing pickleball courts with ADA parking. The Bidder is expected to include the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, tools, construction equipment, water, telephone, electric, utilities, transportation, safety measures, insurance, permits, supervision coordination and completion of all work. All work shall be performed and completed in strict conformance to the Contract documents including but not limited to the following: pickleball courts, court lighting, fencing, shade structures, site grading, concrete curbs, asphalt parking lot, concrete walks, new storm drainage, turf planting, and other site improvements as called for in the contract documents. This project has a required completion date of September 30th, 2025 Anticipated Award Date 4/24/2025 EST Question Deadline 04/03/2025 at 5:00 PM ET
