It is the intent of this Request for Proposals for Professional Services (PS) to select a Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) pre-qualified firm to provide Construction Engineering and Inspection services (CEI) for the Marigold Avenue Safety Improvements Project from San Lorenzo Road to Peabody Road, (Federal-aid Funding - LAP) FM# 447605-1-68-01. The prime consultant must be FDOT prequalified in the following Major Work Groups: o 10.1 Roadway Construction Engineering Inspection o 10.3 Construction Materials Inspection Note: Proposers must be FDOT prequalified in the above-mentioned Major Work Group at the time of proposal submittal. FDOT prequalification requirements must be verifiable. The anticipated commencement for CEI services is December 03, 2024.
