Reference Number 0000353242 Purchase Type Duration: 90 Calendar Days The City of Oceanside is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide carpet replacement for the City Hall Second Floor South Building. *The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, and to waive any irregularity. All questions or requests for information of a technical nature should be directed to the Project Manager. The work to be done is more particularly described in the CITY's proposed contract language set forth in Section 3 General Provisions and Section 4 Project Specific Provisions of the Request for Proposals and shall be completed in every detail to the satisfaction of the CITY within ninety (90) calendar days. Copies of the RFP are available upon request from the Project Manager. If the Proposer is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the Request for Proposals, or finds discrepancies in or omissions from the Request for Proposals, the Proposer shall submit to the Project Manager a written request for an interpretation or correction thereof prior to the time for opening the proposals. The Proposer shall be responsible for the prompt delivery of the request.
