Renovation of a laboratory facility in Lincoln, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 6,600-square-foot laboratory facility.
The University of Nebraska is requesting proposals from qualified bidders to provide all material and labor to renovate the Scott Engineering building for the new Robotics Research Lab and perform all of the Work necessary to complete the project as shown in the Drawings and described in the Specifications and in all other Contract Documents. The Contractor shall furnish all the materials, labor, supervision, management, tools and transportation and shall fully execute the Work described in the Contract Documents, except to the extent specifically indicated in the Contract Documents to be the responsibility of others. Site Tour will be offered at conclusion of the Pre-Bid Conference. The project site is an active construction site. Appropriate attire and PPE will be required to visit the site. (Transportation is NOT provided.)
