Work under this Project is generally defined as the construction of a new sanitary sewer lift station, approximately 518 If of 8" sanitary sewer, and approximately 2,385 If of 6" sanitary force main to replace and upgrade the existing White Oak Lift Station and force main located in Pierce Township. The Owner expects to proceed with the construction under the Project immediately after satisfactory acceptance and award of the construction bid and execution of the contract, with completion of all work for Project No. 6402-60194 within 365 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. The Engineer's Estimate for this Project is $1,868,484.00.
