Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Amelia, Ohio. Completed plans call for the construction of a 15,347-square-foot, one-story above grade, 19-unit multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.

The Work generally consists of 1. Construction of seven (7) residential buildings containing sixteen (16) one-bedroom and three (3) two-bedroom apartments. 2. Construction of a clubhouse containing community paces and offices. 3. Site improvements including development road, parking lots, sidewalks, picnic shelter, flagpole, pickleball court and other site improvements 4. Construction of site utilities and infrastructure. E. Project will be constructed under one general contract. The contract period shall be 360 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. 1. Subcontractors are wholly responsible for delivery, unloading, and shakeout within the building. 2. Project is subject to Davis Bacon Residential Prevailing Wage Rates 3. Project is Tax Exempt. 4.
