Reference Number 0000353182 Job Location Cadillac The City of Cadillac is inviting bids for the Leeson Avenue Improvement Project. The work includes the following approximate quantities of major items: 12,400 Syd HMA Crushing & Shaping; 2,300 Ton HMA, 4EL. Bonding: Each proposal shall be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check, money order, or bid bond, payable to the owner, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the proposal, as a proposal guarantee. Proposal guarantee of the bidders under consideration will be returned after approval of the contract by the owner. All others will be returned within 72 hours after the proposal opening. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory performance bond and labor and material bond, each in the amount of 100% of the contract price .
