The work includes the following approximate quantities of major items: 100 syd Concrete Area; 6 x 10 concrete mural wall; 70ft 12 culvert; 3 Ea Exercise Stations; 1 Ea Solar Light. Question Deadline 07/05/2024 at 12:00 AM ET Questions are submitted online No Contract questions can be submitted to Owen Roberts, Director of Finance oroberts@cadillac-mi.net 231-779-7333 Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Labor and Materials Bond 100 % Each proposal shall be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check, money order, or bid bond, payable to the owner, in an amount less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the proposal, as a proposal guarantee. All others will be returned within 72 hours after the proposal opening. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory performance bond and labor and material bond, each in the amount of 100% of the contract price. The owner reserves the right to accept any proposal, to reject any or all proposals, and to waive any irregularities in any proposal in the interest of the owner.
