Wetland Restoration Construction - Todd Wetland Reserve Easement - Crittendon County, KY ***THIS IS A REQUEST FOR QUOTES UNDER SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION PROCEDURES*** The work will consist of wetland restoration and repair of shallow water area dikes and associated features, including clearing, seeding, installing rock stabilizing spillways and installing erosion prevention measures within existing shallow water areas. The project is located on the Todd Property in Crittenden County, Kentucky. This solicitation is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. A firm-fixed-price construction contract is anticipated to be awarded under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) in FAR Part 13. In accordance with FAR 36.2404, the estimated magnitude of the project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Period of Performance: 07/15/2024 to 08/19/2024 The last day to ask questions about this solicitation is Monday, June 24, 2024 at 1:00 pm local time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
