The City of Inkster is seeking Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified developers to provide professional services to acquire, rehabilitate, and either sell or rent residential tax foreclosed properties in targeted residential neighborhoods. Services shall be performed for the Inkster Neighborhood Stabilization Program (INSP). This municipality is an equal-opportunity employer. A contract will be executed with the applicant(s) selected as desired by the City. Contracts are expected to be awarded by the Inkster City Council by July 15, 2024.
