A bid guaranty, as required by Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code, shall accompany each proposal submittedas follows: 1. A certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit equal to 10%of the bid. Aletter of creditmay only be revocable by the Owner. Upon entering into a contract withtheOwner, thecontractor must then file bond for the amount of the contract, and the checkwill thenbereturned to the successful and unsuccessful bidders when the contract is executed. Or 2. A bond for the full amount of the bid. A bid is retained for the successful bidder, but returnedto unsuccessful bidders after the contract is executed. Attention of the bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment tobeobservedunder the Contract. Bidders are required to use the forms which will be furnished on application.
