Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Nicholasville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

Project consists of Tennis Renovation and Band Tower project at East Jessamine High School and West Jessamine High School. A Pre-Bid Meeting will NOT be held. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than 5% of the bid. The award of the contract shall be made on the basis of the lowest and best bid in the interest of Jessamine County Schools. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the bid opening. A 100% Performance and Payment Bond shall be provided by the successful Bidder at the time of Contracting. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities and irregularities, and shall have the right to reject any and all bids. Estimated Length of Project: December 15,2024 (Substantial Completion) + 30 Calendar Days (Final Completion). *Marrillia Design & Construction requesting bids June 5, 2024 by 5PM.
