Description Of Work: Town Of Haverstraw Guide Rail Replacements Will Consist Of Excavation, Removal And Disposal Of The Old Guide Rail Systems And Installation Of New As Identified On The Contract Plans. The Work Shall Be Performed Between July 8th And September 30, 2024. The Town Reserves The Right To Waive Any Irregularity In Bidding Deemed In Its Sole Discretion To Be Non-substantive Of Technical In Nature, And To Reject Any Or All Bids. Filing Affidavit Of Disclosure Is Mandatory When Submitting Your Bid For This Project.
