excavation, removal and disposal of the old guide rail systems and installation of new as identified in the contract plans. Maintenance and protection of traffic is as well as soil erosion and sediment control measures are required to be in place prior to construction commencing and removed when the work is completed. The scope includes all materials, labor, equipment, disposal costs and any incidental items necessary for a complete, in place project. Description Of Work: Town Of Haverstraw Guide Rail Replacements Will Consist Of Excavation, Removal And Disposal Of The Old Guide Rail Systems And Installation Of New As Identified On The Contract Plans. The Work Shall Be Performed Between July 8th And September 30, 2024. The Town Reserves The Right To Waive Any Irregularity In Bidding Deemed In Its Sole Discretion To Be Non-substantive Of Technical In Nature, And To Reject Any Or All Bids. Filing Affidavit Of Disclosure Is Mandatory When Submitting Your Bid For This Project.
