The College intends to award an annual contract for on-call electrician services to include multi-level (Master Electrician, Journeyman, Laborer etc.) electricians to provide rapid response on-call repairs, renovations, and construction services to the Johnson County Community College Campus Services Department for property under its care and control. On certain projects, the College may provide supplies and materials for required work and the Contractor will provide skilled labor, or projects may use a cost proposal format. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 5/29/2024 5:00 PM All communications in regards to this RFP are only to be directed to JCCC Procurement via the "Clarifications" tab in the JCCC bid portal, The initial term of this Agreement shall be one (1) year, commencing upon the date of execution by the College. The College may extend the term of this Agreement by one (1) year increments for a total of four (4) additional years, upon annual notice to the proposing party.
