Renovation of a laboratory facility in Milford, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.
Provide all materials, labor, tools and equipment to install a (2) 5-zone wall mounted HVAC ductless mini split system with (2) 4-ton condensers and (5) individual office wall units (per condensor) as well as all necessary hardware, refrigeration lines, refrigerant, controls, valves, sensors, field wiring, piping, insultation and programming services to ensure proper operation, as well as provide two hours of training and commissioning for (2) NEFSC facilities personnel and at the NEFSC Milford, Connecticut Laboratory Building #2 First and Second Floor, in accordance with the Statement of Work. Question Deadline 05/24/2024 Offerors must submit all questions concerning this solicitation in writing to aakanksha.bhargava@noaa.gov and sandra.caswell@noaa.gov.Questions should be received no later than 5 calendar days after the issuance date of this solicitation.
