The Project consists of construction of a new basket ballcourt including all associated lighting, fencing, and other relateditems as well as asphalt overlay, additional asphalt parking and approximately 750 lf of sidewalk. All proposals shall be on the forms within the specifications and shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to the " City of Sherwood, Arkansas, 2199 E. Kiehl Avenue, Sherwood, Arkansas 72120," and marked "Proposal for City of Sherwood - Lake Cherrywood Park Improvements." The City reserves the right to reduce the total amount of work to be done as required by budget restraints. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and to accept the proposal deemed to be for the best interest. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than those listed above. Proposals will be considered on the basis of cost, the bidder's financial responsibility, his equipment, and his past performance on similar projects.
