Roof Replacement at the Barbara Collier Municipal Complex Bids will be for a Roof Replacement at the Barbara Collier Municipal Complex, 31 Shelby Road, bid number 1-0031. The City of Sherwood reserves the right to reject any/all bids and waive any/all informalities deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Sherwood. All parties are also advised that the City of Sherwood reserves the right to re advertise. Please direct technical questions to: Sean Pennington Assistant Parks Director Sherwood Parks and Recreation Department spennington@cityofsherwood.net 501-835-6893 The intent of this Invitation For Bid is to secure, on a competitive basis, Roof Replacement for the Barbara Collier Municipal Complex located at 31 Shelby Rd., Sherwood, AR. Roof Existing Standing Seam Roof Covering Will be Replaced with a New Standing Seam Metal Roof Covering (Metal/trim color to be picked with awarded contractor) Our inspection found that wind/storm damage to the standing seam metal roof covering. The existing metal roof covering was installed over 20 years ago. The specifications require removing the current standing seam metal roof and replacing it with a new standing seam metal roof, including trims, gutters, gutter guards and downspouts. Cost must also include removing all materials, debris, trash from the site and disposing of it properly.
