"On-Call" installing and/or replacing sidewalks, curb and gutter, driveways, ADA compliant ramps and level landings, truncated domes, and sidewalk drains. The City reserves the right to reduce the total amount of work to be done as required by budget restraints. Also, work added or remaining shall be at the same unit price as submitted in the proposal. Proposals will be considered on the basis of cost, the bidder's financial responsibility, his equipment, and his past performance in completing similar work. The City of Sherwood reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities and to accept the proposal deemed to bein their best interest.
