Ogden City is Seeking Bids for the 2024 Sidewalk Cutting/grinding Contract. The Work Generally Includes but is Not Limited to Cutting and/or Grinding Sunken or Uplifted Concrete Panel Edges Resulting in a Traversable Surface Between Concrete Panels. The Work Will Take Place at Various Locations Within Ogden City. A Complete Set of Bid Documents Must Be Used in Preparing Bids. Bidders Are Responsible for Securing Any and All Addenda Issued. Owner and Engineer Assume No Responsibility for Errors or Misinterpretations Resulting From the Use of Incomplete Sets of Bid Documents. All Contractors Intending to Submit a Bid Are Required to Attend to Obtain Relevant Information Concerning the Project. Late Bids Will Not Be Accepted. Owners Rights Reserved: the Owner Reserved the Right to Accept or Reject Any Bid That Best Serves Its Convenience and/or is Found to Be in the Best Interest of the City. The location of the work is: Roadways and City facilities within Ogden.. B. The estimated cost of the work is $ 100000. C. The project shall be governed by these contract documents, special conditions, specifics related to the work, and all provisions of the Manual of Standard Specifications and Manual of Standard Plans 2017 Edition published by the Utah Chapter of the American Public Works Association (APWA) and Ogden City's Engineering Standards for Public Improvements 2020 Edition which are applicable to the work are made a part of the Contract Documents by reference. D. The work to be performed consists of furnishing and installing the equipment, facilities, services and appurtenances thereto as included in the Contract Documents.
