Demolition of existing stage floor and structure above orchestra pit. Replacement of existing stage floor with new floor consisting of sound absorption pads, three layers of sleepers, two layers of 3/4" T&G plywood, and 1/8" masonite painted black. Infill cyclorama with new floor joists & two layers of 3/4" plywood decking. Add new floor outlets and replace existing floor outlets. Install new steel structure and floor joists at existing orchestra pit. Construction Cost Estimate: $188,700.00 A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount, made payable to the Division of Facilities Construction and Management on the AIA Document A310 - 2010 Bid Bond, or equivalent, shall accompany the bid submission and in U3P. If the bid bond is not uploaded with the bid through U3P, the bid is NONRESPONSIVE.
