Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Ogden, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.
Demolition of existing stage floor and structure above orchestra pit. Replacement of existing stage floor with new floor consisting of sound absorption pads, three layers of sleepers, two layers of 3/4" T&G plywood, and 1/8" masonite painted black. Infill cyclorama with new floor joists & two layers of 3/4" plywood decking. Add new floor outlets and replace existing floor outlets. Install new steel structure and floor joists at existing orchestra pit. Construction Cost Estimate: $188,700.00 A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount, made payable to the Division of Facilities Construction and Management on the AIA Document A310 - 2010 Bid Bond, or equivalent, shall accompany the bid submission and in U3P. If the bid bond is not uploaded with the bid through U3P, the bid is NONRESPONSIVE. The Division of Facilities Construction & Management reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any formality or technicality in any bid in the interest of the State.
