Renovation of a water / sewer project in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
packages for furnishing all plant labor, equipment, materials and performing all work necessary for this project. Questions pertaining to the proposed work should be directed to Christopher Bocciardi, (414) 217 1568. The project contemplated herein consists of the Contractor replacing the Process Air Compressors #1 and #2 at the South Shore Water Reclamation Facility. All contractor and subcontractor employees shall obtain specific site plant safety training from Veolia Water prior to working on the site. Veolia Water will offer a total of two one-hour training sessions to the contractor and any subcontractors. The time for completion of the Contract shall be one hundred twenty (120) days from the date of Notice to Proceed. It is important for Bidders to note that time of completion of the work under this Contract is material to its performance. Veolia Water reserves the right to reject all Bids or any Bid or Bids not conforming to the intent and purpose of the Contract Documents and to waive any informalities or deficiencies in any Bid to the extent that informality or deficiency is immaterial and promptly cured. Veolia Water further reserves its rights to postpone the award of the Contract for a period of time not exceeding ninety (90) days from the bid opening date. A. SCOPE OF WORK The following scope of work describes the replacement of the Process Air Compressors #1 and 2 and ancillary equipment located in the Bldg. 358 Sludge Thickener Building at the South Shore Water Reclamation Facility.
