The Capital Area Transportation Authority ("CATA') in Lansing, Michigan, is requesting pricing for Electrical Service and Low Voltage Cabling in accordance with the Scope of Work as described in Exhibit A. The term of service will be four (4) years. Services are requested at the following locations: 1. CATA Administration Building, 4615 Tranter Street, Lansing, MI 48910 2. CATA Transportation Center ("CTC"), 420 South Grand Avenue, Lansing, MI 48933 3. CATA Multi-Modal Gateway, 1240 South Harrison Road, East Lansing, MI 48823; and 4. CATA Bus Shelters, various locations in Ingham and Eaton County. 5. Future CATA Locations. All Questions Must Be Submitted via Email to: Andrea Fisher (afisher@cata.org)by May 29, 2024, at 11:00 A.M. Eastern Time. CATA responds to vendor questions June 5, 2024. "All materials and documents submitted by the proposer in response to this RFQ shall become the property of the CATA and shall not be returned. As CATA is a public entity, this information may be subject to disclosure to third parties. CATA cannot and will not treat any materials submitted as confidential, even if it is marked as such. Proposers will not be provided with notice prior to disclosure to third parties. The term of the services will be four (4) years. Year 1: August 1, 2024 to July 31, 2025 Year 2: August 1, 2025 to July 31, 2026 Year 3: August 1, 2026 to July 31, 2027 Year 4: August 1, 2027 to July 31, 2028 Contractor, at the direction of CATA's Facilities Manager, shall provide electrical service and low voltage cabling in accordance with the specifications, tasks, and scope of work set forth in Exhibit A. It is the sole responsibility of Contractor to read the specifications and understand them. CATA is requesting prices for electrical services and low voltage cabling as described below: Electrical Service Install electrical service for new equipment as needed. Repair parking lot lights and other building lighting as needed. Inspect, diagnose, and repair faulty electrical circuits as needed. Emergency service for electrical services and repairs as needed. The Contractor will fully warrant all work for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of completion. Low Voltage Cabling Install cabling to the PC/Phone or other. The Contractor will fully warrant all work for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of completion.
