Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Dillon, Montana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The project begins at the intersection Montana Street and Skihi Street and continues east for two blocks to the intersection of Skihi Street and North Walnut Street. The project consists of excavation and removal of existing asphalt, road base, and subgrade material to a depth of 2-ft. Installation of sub-base material, crushed base course, geotextile, geogrid, and new asphalt surfacing. The project also includes installation of new curb and gutter, sidewalks, and ADA ramps. Submission of Bids All Bids must be made on the "Bid Form" included as part of these documents. Each bidder should submit their separate, sealed Bid to the following address whether submitting in person or via mail: Skihi Street Reconstruction Project City of Dillon 125 North Idaho Street Dillon, MT 59725 A. The sealed envelope containing the Bid shall have the following information disclosed on the outside of the envelope: 1. Write the words "Sealed Bid Enclosed" and below it, write the name of the project. 2. Name of person, firm or corporation submitting the Bid, and the address of the bidder placed in the top left corner of the envelope. B. The sealed envelope containing the Bid shall have the following documents inside the envelope containing the Bid: 1. Bid Security: The Bidder's Bid bond in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the Bid with a notarized Power of Attorney, Acknowledgement of Surety, and Acknowledgement of Principal. Signatures of all parties must be notarized. 2. MT Contractor Registration: A copy of Bidder's current and valid Montana Department of Labor and Industry Contractor Registration at the time of Bidding, or Certificate of Renewal thereof issued. 3. Debarment Certification Form: Debarment Certification as included in the Bid Documents, completed, and signed by the Contractor. 4. Acknowledgment of receipt of addenda. 5. Certification of Non-Segregated Facilities: Certification of Non-segregated facilities as included in the Bid Documents, completed, and signed by the Contractor.
