As of August 20, 2024, no bids were received. No definite date for the rebid. - Remove and replace all five air handlers - Remove all seven condensing units from roof(one abandoned unit on site) - Furnish and install five new air handlers - Furnish and install six new high efficiency condensing units - Reconnect all duct work as needed - Furnish and install new refrigeration piping Reference Number 0000356001 New air conditioning unit for Town Hall. No bidder may withdraw the bid for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. * The Town of West Warwick reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or parts thereof, to waive any irregularity in the bids received and to accept the bids or parts thereof deemed to be most favorable to the best interest of the Town.
