Supplier is Not to Separate the Invitation to Bid From the Proposal Form but Must Return Same Complete. Bid is Not to Include Any Taxes From Which the Town of West Warwick is Exempted by Law; the Town Will Complete Tax Exemption Forms Required by Supplier No Bidder May Withdraw His Bid Within Ninety (90) Days After the Scheduled Closing Time for Receipt of Bid. The Town Agrees to Pay in Accordance With the Specifications. Equipment Shall Be Delivered and Installed and Ready for Operation on or Before as Per the Proposal.
