Respondents are requested to submit percentage discounts, to be applied to the catalog price and/or price sheets for this category. For vendors which respond with "shelf pricing" (due to extensive inventory and no published catalog) on the RFCSP Response Form, a percentage discount MUST be specified on the form. For contracted service vendors - please list a percentage discount - or base hourly labor rate or service call rate. Your proposal, in order to be considered, must include properly executed RFP response form and those other items and/or attachments as specified in these documents. Responses must be legible in order to be considered. Waxahachie Independent School District, herein referred to as "WISD", "Waxahachie ISO" or "the District", is an accredited public education entity located in Ellis County, Texas. The district provides excellence in education to the over 11,200 students who lives within the 192 square miles of the district's borders. The district currently is comprised of 14 educational campuses, 3 support facilities, and numerous athletic facilities. Situated in the county seat of Ellis County, Waxahachie ISO has experienced significant student grow over the past 10 years with additional growth expected for the upcoming school years. The District has approximately 1,600 employees and a seven member board of trustees that are elected to staggered three-year terms. This solicitation is the request for a discount off catalog, price lists or advertised shelf priced items. This is a service, equipment and supply contract and effective for one year from the date of award. This contract, once accepted will include the period of June 2024 thru May 2025. Any purchase order dated and issued within these dates will be subject to the terms and conditions of this contract. The District issues payments within 30 days of receiving goods or services per contractual agreement in acceptable condition, or receipt of invoice for goods or services whichever is later, in compliance with Texas Government Code & 2251.021. Waxahachie Independent School District reserves the right to award contracts to multiple vendors if such awards are in the best interest of the District. The District also reserves the right to reject all bids and repost solicitation or reject all bids and cancel future solicitations for same good/service.
