The specifications listed herein are not intended to be restrictive in any way. The intent is to provide potential responders minimal submittal requirements for the Station Ten Renovations that are acceptable. The County of Lexington intends to award a contract resulting from this Request for Proposal to the responsive and responsible offeror whose proposal is determined to be the most advantageous to the County taking into consideration the evaluation factors set forth herein.
