Renovation of a municipal facility in Germantown, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Town of Germantown ("Town") is requesting bids for the re-roofing of the Town Hall building located at 50 Palatine Park Road, Germantown, New York 12526 according to the specifications contained herein. The current steel metal panel roof is in need of removal and replacement. The Town Hall is approximately 4500 square feet with an estimated pitch of 4/12. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 0% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 0% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 0% Disadvantaged Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 0% The bidder must be capable of obtaining a performance bond in the amount sufficient to cover the cost of the entire project. Each bidder must comply with the New York State Labor Law, including the payment of prevailing wages.
