Site work for a museum in Germantown, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a museum.
Two sections of the existing Garden Wall (75 linear-feet total) shall be dismantled and reconstructed with new materials. Existing stone facing to be salvaged and installed on reconstructed wall. Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by a scanned Bid Security in the form of a certified check, bank check, or bid bond in the amount as indicated below. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond/Payment Bond in the statutory form of public bonds required by Sections 136 and 137 of the State Finance Law, each for 100% of the amount of the Contract. RFIs received after this due date and time will not be processed. RFIs shall be submitted to: James.Killon@parks.ny.gov Project Specific Liquidated Damages (Refer to Article 14.10 of the General Conditions). The Contractor agrees, in the event the Contractor fails to complete all the work on time, to pay the Office Liquidated Damages as per the General Conditions, Article 14.10, for each day of delay in the physical completion of the work. The completion date for this project is 120 days after agreement has been approved by the NYS Comptrollers Office. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
