Renovation of a municipal facility in Beloit, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
New Roof on the Town Hall Questions: contact Kelly Fallon by email or phone 608-728-1010. The Township is seeking interested and qualified contractors to submit a proposal to replace the existing roof, gutters and downspouts on the Town Hall. Proposals must include all labor, materials, personnel and equipment needed. Interested parties must demonstrate qualifications, experience and abilities associated to accomplish and support all aspects of the prescribed scope of work in a cost-effective manner. The Contractor may begin work upon receipt of a fully executed contract and shall complete all work by August 31, 2024, as required by the Town of Newark Insurance Provider, Rural Mutual. If the contractor fails to complete the project by August 31, 2024, a penalty clause of $500 per day will be imposed until the project is complete.
