Any questions or comments concerning the plans or specifications for Forsyth County Schools: HVAC Renovations & Modifications to Big Creek ES, Daves Creek ES & South Forsyth HS should be addressed in writing to the Architect at the address as set forth hereinabove. Request for Proposals, for all labor, materials and services necessary for the construction of Forsyth County Schools: HVAC Renovations & Modifications to Big Creek ES located at 1994 Peachtree Pkwy, Daves Creek ES located at 3470 Melody Mizer Lane, & South Forsyth HS located at 585 Peachtree Pkwy, Cumming, GA 30041 (the "Project). No Proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after Proposal opening, except as otherwise expressly provided by applicable law. Proposals must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the proposed lump sum contract price (exclusive of alternates and unit prices). Both a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond will be required in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price. The Owner will provide the forms of all bonds. A Performance Bond and a Payment Bond will be required for the HVAC prime contractor, the electrical subcontractor, and the plumbing subcontractor The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, and to waive technicalities and informalities
