Contractors that have expertise in tree removal from, on, or near critical infrastructure, especially waterways and dam spillways. The Commission shall retain the services of the Contractor for a one (1) year term, reserving the right, in the Commission's sole discretion, to extend the contract for one (1) additional, consecutive, one (1) year term under the same terms and conditions. The Contractor shall own and maintain a local office within 100 miles of the Commission offices at 1 F.A. Orechio Drive, Wanaque, New Jersey. Bidders are required to comply with regulations of the "New Jersey Local Public Contract Law" (N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et. seq.), Affirmative Action Regulations N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq., The New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act N.J.A.C. 12:60-2.1 and 6.1 et. Seq., N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.25 et. seq.) and the New Jersey Contractor Business Registration Certificate N.J.S.A. 52.32-44.
