Ashley Community Schools hereby invites the submission of bids for one outdoor walk-in freezer. Receipt/installation of freezer must take place prior to July 31, 2024 In compliance with the regulations of the Michigan Sales Tax Commission, no Sales Tax is to be included in the proposal; also no Use Tax is to be included in the proposal. School districts are exempt from Federal Excise Tax. A lump sum payment will be made by the District to selected bidder upon satisfactory completion of installation of outdoor walk-in freezer Any bidder may withdraw his bid at any time prior to the scheduled time of opening the bids upon the presentation of proper identification and done so in writing. Ashley Community Schools herein expressly reserves the following rights: To reject any or all bids. To waive any or all irregularities in the bids submitted.
