BASE BID Replacement of existing Outdoor Walk-in Freezer. Question Deadline 04/10/2025 Bidders and Sub-bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall make a request to the Architect ALTERNATE #1 Additive price to install new 6" concrete base under new Walk-in Freezer. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularities in bidding, or to accept the lowest responsible proposal that in the opinion of the Owner will serve the best interest of the Owner. The Owner will not be obligated to accept the lowest proposal. The Owner further reserves the right to approve all subcontractors.
