Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for the construction of a 750-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility.
Scope of Work: 1. Clear and grub trees and shrubs as required to site building. 2. Erect temporary snow fence to enclose the site. 3. Perform all work to complete the construction of the Mobile Classroom Building including the exterior steps and ramp 4. Perform all mechanical work 5. Perform all Electrical work. 6. Finish grade around building and seed. Reinstate any grassed areas disturbed during the work. 7. Construct asphalt walkway connecting existing school entrance to new stairs/ramp.
