Pursuant to a resolution of the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Kings Park Fire District, Town of Smithtown, Suffolk County, New York, sealed bids for the provision of Electrical Maintenance Services for the period July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2029 Bids will be submitted in sealed envelopes at the owner address and shall bear on the face thereof the name and address of the bidder and the words "Bid for Electrical Maintenance Services, Kings Park Fire District". A Non collusive Bidding Certification must accompany each bid. The contract for the above item will be awarded by the Board of Fire Commissioners to the lowest responsible bidder. In cases where two or more responsible bidders submit identical bids as to price, the Board of Fire Commissioners may award the contract to either of such Bidders. The Board of Fire Commissioners reserves the right to reject all bids and re-advertise for new bids in its discretion. No bids may be withdrawn by any bidder for a period of forty five (45) days from the date of bid opening.
