The successful contractor shall: Furnish and install six (6) 12'-6" wide x 4' Dynamic Closure (or equal) electric security gates as per attached specifications Owner shall: 1. Remove existing operable walls 2. Prepare rough openings for new gates 3. Install all blocking, soffits and finishing trim 4. Open ceilings or soffits for gate installation 5. Close ceilings or soffits after gate installation 6. Provide all finishing of ceilings and soffits 7.
