The Scope of Work, as may be modified through negotiation and/or by written addendum issued by the City, will be made a part of the Agreement. The Agreement will expire upon project completion. Collaborate with City staff to clarify the project scope, purpose, uses, and goals of the City's Comprehensive User Fee Study to ensure that the study will be both accurate and appropriate to the City's needs. Meet with staff as needed to learn of the City's procedures and functions. Conduct a comprehensive review of the City's existing fees, rates, and charges.
