The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The scope of work is as indicated on drawings and specifications. In general the scope includes: Replacement of existing guard post structure with prefabricated lightweight, UL Level 8 prefabricated guard post metal structure. Demolition of the existing guard post can be done after the installation of the new guard post. The new structure will be approximately 163 gross square feet. Construction is of concrete foundations and pad. The prefabricated metal building will have an envelope that consists of thin brick masonry, metal panels, a standing seam roofing system and a non-ADA bathroom. The building manufacturer will pre-wire Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing. Final tie-ins are by the Contractor. Project includes site pedestrian walkways, utilities connections and rerouting to existing. Other projects might be under construction at the same time of this project. There will be a fencing lighting/video surveillance project which will need direct coordination with this project as some of their elements need to be installed into the new guard post.
