Site work and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Ontario, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a stadium; for outdoor lighting for a stadium; playground / park / athletic field; playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Ontario School District 8C is looking for pricing to remove football stadium lighting system from our existing field. Project will include each of the following steps; 1. Disconnect existing power lines from Idaho Power service and take down all overhead lines connecting to light poles 2. Disconnect transformers on each of the eight poles and set transformers on the ground at designated spot by owner 3. Remove light fixtures from eight poles either individually or by crossbar and set on the ground 4. Owner may choose to have two of the poles topped and left standing for sound system and parking lot lighting purposes. This is TBD between owner and contractor 5. Remove eight light poles down to a level of two feet below surface 6. Haul off and dispose of light poles 7. Lighting devices for both the track lighting and parking lot lighting will be returned to owner in working condition 8. Owner retains the right to ownership of materials having a recycle or resale value Contractor to evaluate site prior to submitting pricing to evaluate the work site and impeding overhead high voltage transmission line and its location to the project work site. Contractor to be responsible for any necessary permits or authorizations to perform this work from both public work entities and authorities having jurisdiction. Contractor will need to coordinate scheduling with Benyon and Musco contractors to have access to the site All work is to be completed in a professional and safe manner and be in compliance with federal and state OSHA guidelines. Contractor will provide the Ontario School District with Oregon License #, proof of insurance, and proof of workman's comp insurance.
